The food was delicious, with flavorful wing sauces and a unique twist on fried cheese. The drinks, like the Wild Berry Lube-A-Rita, were a perfect complement to the upbeat and eclectic ambiance. We arrived at 10:21 PM Saturday October 6th. At 11:07 PM, we had still not been served let alone been greeted by a server, and thus left. Two bartenders were oblivious to our polite requests for service. The bar was not that busy. Our table was never cleaned. After ten minutes or so, we picked up the dirty dishes and put them on another table along with that tables' dirty dishes. When I approached what I think was the assistant manger on duty, she took our drink orders. But 12 minutes later the bartenders had still not made our drinks. Not sure why we were treated so badly. We're really nice folks and never acted hostile or belligerent. We wound up going to another bar. The locals (we live in Indiana) said Quaker Steak has the worst reputation in town (Sandusky) for poor service.
