I love bringing my son with special needs to this El Pollo Loco store every week, they treat him so well with big greetings and even a fist bump from Alfredo in the kitchen! The staff here always goes above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, from the warm welcomes to the friendly waves as we leave. Thank you to everyone at this location for taking care of my boy and consistently delivering delicious food. It's my favorite spot for a quick and yummy meal, and I always have a positive experience, even if I miss the chicken nachos from the menu!
