This product is the best. If it arrives and you think it is undercooked, You can put it back in the toaster oven and finish it to the degree you would like. Personally I prefer the soft/undercooked side. Then, instead of throwing them out, I've taught my son to encourage finding solutions instead of throwing his love for me in the garbage. Just saying, we don't get trophies every time we play.

What good is it to get Fathers Day cookies delivered warm when they are only half baked? I ate one for a photo to send my son, but the rest will go in the trash. Yuck! If I was my son, Id want my money refunded. Insomnia Cookies the local baker for Tiffany's Treats needs some quality control.. I gave them 2 stars for their efforts ... Not for their cookies.

What good is it to get cookies delivered warm for Fathers Day if they are only half baked? Yuck!😵 I ate part of 1 for a thank you photo for my sweet son but the rest are going in the garbage. You need to do some quality control on your local bakers. I wish you would refund my son's well meant order as well. Fathers Day fail!😞
