I had my niece's birthday party at 16 Handles and the staff were really accommodating. The managers were cool about the noise and mess, just focused on us enjoying the party. The flavors were delicious, toppings fresh, and prices surprisingly good. It's not just for parties, but a great spot for a post-school treat for both kids and parents.
