My wife and I attended a graduation party in Middletown on 8/5/23, catered by Beefalo Bob's. The roast beef, ham, and turkey were all delicious, and my wife especially loved the smoked hot dog. The mac & cheese was a favorite side dish for both of us. The service was professional and the food was well worth the price.
