I first visited last year and wasn't impressed, but my second visit last Saturday was a pleasant surprise - the Philly has definitely improved. The king steak sandwich with provolone cheese was delicious, and the king fries with loaded toppings were flavorful. The service was fast and friendly, and the ambiance had a cozy, family-owned feel.
