Maurice offers an extraordinary fusion of Scandinavian and French flavors that create a bright, intimate atmosphere reminiscent of a cozy Northern European cafí©. The attentive, knowledgeable staff and seasonally inspired dishes, like the comforting poulet au pain and delicate quiche, make each visit a memorable culinary experience that I eagerly look forward to repeating.
