Years ago, my girlfriend introduced me to Capriotti's sandwich shop, and I was reminded of its appeal during a recent work trip nearby. I ordered the hot Bobby special, which I found as delicious as I remembered, and I also enjoyed the wagyu cheesesteak, which featured fresh ingredients and flavorful mushrooms. The staff was friendly and efficient, making for a pleasant experience, and I appreciate the precautions they are taking during this time.

Purchased an online order in which I was told was done, but when I arrived I was told it was being worked on. Waited another twenty minutes and found it was done, two cheesesteaks just sitting on the shelf cold and stuck to the wrappers. And if that wasn't bad enough the profanity from the front line sandwich makers I had to listen to during that time, made the experience much worse! So disappointing because the food is very good.
