For about 45 minutes, I felt transported back to Texas with incredibly authentic BBQ that far surpassed Texas Roadhouse, especially the tender ribs, burnt ends, and flavorful sides like mac and cheese and cornbread. The lively atmosphere, excellent service, and great drink options like the Daisy Me Rollin cocktail made for a memorable escape from California life, and I'll definitely return whenever I crave genuine Texas-style barbecue.
