It's unfortunate that Ssam Burger has undergone changes, but I'm hopeful that the new burger establishment will retain the essence of what made Ssam special. The compact layout with counter service was part of its charm, offering a diverse menu that included mouthwatering burgers topped with fresh ingredients like kimchi and delectable Korean-style wings. The flavorful tornado fries quickly became a favorite, and I'm excited to see if LOL Burger Bar will incorporate similar items into their menu, given the similarities in offerings.
