I really enjoy Pollo Tropical for their tasty, juicy chicken that's always nicely seasoned. When I used their app to order last time, my food was ready when I arrived, so I ended up dining in instead of taking out. The staff seemed a bit swamped but still managed to serve up some delicious Latin grilled chicken.
