I've visited Heaven Sent twice and each time the gluten-free chicken dish was exceptional. The service was a bit hit or miss, which is the reason for my 4-star rating instead of 5; consistent excellence in both service and quality would warrant a higher rating in my opinion. The chicken was moist and flavorful, with a perfect balance of spice, though I found the meat could use a touch more salt to truly elevate the dish.
