Best Chinese cuisine in South Elgin! Beer garden/Outside sitting too!

My husband and I went here for my birthday. We were just passing and decided to try it out and we loved it! It's very light unlike other Chinese places. The servings were HUGE and as first time customers they gave us a free appetizer. The prices were extremely reasonable and the owner is so personable. Will defiantly be returning soon.
