The new owner of this place has turned things around, with the pizza now being above average and possibly the best in Saratoga. He is friendly, works hard, and makes a great pie. Give it a try and you won't be disappointed. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the service is good. Prices may be a bit higher, but it's worth it for the quality you receive.

Do not eat here. It is literally posion. I didnt get half my order and it wasn't even edible. I will be disputing my charge with the bank. Should be put out of business

i would give this place -5 stars to this place if it would allow me to. I'm not the kind of person to complain about these things, but the customer service here is appalling. I ordered a turkey sub with bacon mozzarella cheese and cheddar. NOTHING ELSE. i also ordered bacon cheese fries. Now this wasn't for me but someone else, if it were for me I would of just dealt with it. But when someone else has to eat this, I would be embarrassed to give something like what I got to them. That's how bad the order was. When I received my order there was no bacon on the fries, and the sandwich had only 2 pieces of turkey, melted shredded cheese and then they decided to add lettuce tomato and onion. I called them to politely tell them i'm sorry but i'm unhappy and would like at least half of my money back because more than half of my order was wrong. The guy told me he was busy and would call back to let me know what he could do. Time is ticking and they close at 8 so I called back at 7:30pm to ask for an update on the situation. The guy who picked up the phone is having a back to back conversation with the owner as I can hear them over the phone. He told me he could give me $4 back out of $29. I told him that was more than i tipped you guys. He replied with "Okay and so? What's your point?" I said half of my order was wrong and I want my money back. They would only settle on $4. Here's my thing... If you are going to discuss an issue regarding a guest, professionally do not refer to them as "The lady with the sub" as I am on the phone listening to your conversation with the arrogant owner. The pizza my friend ordered was sub par, vegetables were not cooked all the way and the meat on the pizza didn't seem cooked either. I ended up giving my sandwich to someone else, he came out to me and told me it was terrible. I will not be recommending this place to ANYONE, not just because I was wronged but because there are so many other places you can choose from that are worth your money. Do not waste your time or money. If you do decide to try it, forget the tip.
