I recently visited Chuy's after not being there for a couple of years due to a move, and I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed it. The Tex-Mex salad was fresh and delicious, and our server, Sam, was fantastic - friendly, helpful, and attentive. I would highly recommend trying any of the enchiladas and soaking in the great atmosphere at Chuy's.
