Zaxby's food is seriously amazing, especially the kicked chicken with ranch, and the service is usually friendly. But I stopped by one location recently and was completely ignored by the staff for several minutes, so I ended up leaving without ordering, which was super disappointing.

Zaxby's disappointed me greatly during my recent visit. Despite only two customers in the store, the service was incredibly poor as we were ignored by multiple employees, leading to a frustrating and ultimately unfulfilling experience. I strongly advise against patronizing this particular Zaxby's location, as the service does not align with a positive dining experience.
