The ambiance is nice and clean, and while the buffet food was just okay-likely due to visiting during an off time-I found the combination Egg Foo Young cooked perfectly, though the brown gravy was a bit thin. I've enjoyed various dishes like the salmon roll, shrimp egg foo young, and cabbage, appreciating the good value, quick service, and friendly staff, so I plan to return and try some fresh-made chef's specials.

The ambiance at Jin's Express is clean and pleasant. While the buffet food was average during my visit, I've heard that ordering from the chefs' menu results in freshly made dishes. I plan to return to try the chef's specialties and have a more satisfying dining experience. The prices are reasonable, the portions are generous, and the service is quick and friendly, making it a great choice for a meal out in Mineral Wells.
