At Capitol Grill, I decided to indulge in a ribeye steak meal, carefully ordering it medium well for my wife. When I delivered it to her, I was disappointed to find out she wasn't happy with how it was cooked, but my message to the owner, Lance, received an immediate and gracious response. He took full responsibility, issued a refund, and offered a complimentary meal, demonstrating the kind of exceptional hospitality that makes me eager to return.
