Midway through the prix fixe menu, I couldn't resist whispering to my partner, "We must make this a regular stop whenever we're in PDX." The culinary team, sommelier, and servers truly outdid themselves, delivering one of the most memorable dining experiences of 2019 for me. The attention to detail and flavors in each dish, like the cornbread madeleine with shredded cheese, showcased the passion and skill behind the menu. The intimate setting and impeccable service at Holdfast made it a standout choice for any special occasion.
