We really enjoyed the wide variety on the menu and the generous portion sizes for both the ice cream and burgers. The lobster claws had a delicious flavor with seasonings that were more exciting than what you typically find around New England. The warm butter on the Connecticut-style lobster rolls was a nice touch, even though it did come at a higher price point. Service was standard with a simple ordering system, spacious seating, and a clean environment. Overall, it was a great spot for lobster rolls and the outdoor seating added to the experience.

Restaurant on line order does not allow for use of gift cards.
You can only order 15 minutes ahead. They do not "hold" orders yet they have a time selection on online orders page . I must be missing something in this processing. Also, they are expensive. 2 orders of seafood basket, 1 small onion ring, and coleslaw = $64. Whow. For a few dollars more we can go to a 1st. Place with China etc. We have eaten at Beach Plum occasionally and not been overly impressed but it was convenient. Not a fan! PS great ice cream. Young person on phone was polite.

Yeah, just okay. Ice cream was good, thought they forgot the bacon in the lobster blt wrap special but then found some (sandwich didn't have much flavor), also ordered lobster corn chowder special and there were clams in it. I hate clam chowder, which is why I ordered lobster corn chowder, the whole thing just tasted like clams. First time going. Not rushing back but have a gift card, ugh.
