Rita and Blanca consistently provide attentive, friendly, and efficient service at Black Bear Diner in Elk Grove, where the generous portions, delicious breakfast and diner-style food, cozy atmosphere, and family-friendly environment keep me coming back multiple times a week despite occasional waits, and while I'd love to see Huevos Rancheros added to the menu, the variety and quality-from fluffy pancakes to hearty omelettes and country fried steak-always satisfy and make it a reliable choice for dining in or takeout.
