The restaurant is small and simple inside, but the food is absolutely outstanding, especially the ramen and sushi, which are fresh, flavorful, and authentically prepared. The owner and chef is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to guide you through the menu, making the experience even better. Despite the modest setting and ongoing renovations outside, the quality and care put into each dish make it well worth a visit.

The restaurant's exterior may not be impressive due to ongoing renovations, but the small interior lacks ambiance. However, the owner/chef's guidance in selecting dishes and personalized service added to the experience. The ramen, whether with chicken or pork, was delicious, and the sushi was particularly outstanding. I appreciated the owner's attention to detail and passion for creating authentic and fresh dishes.
