On a chilly, foggy morning in the New Hampshire mountains, I enjoyed one of the most memorable breakfasts I've ever had at Polly's. The pancakes, made from hand-ground flour and served with their own maple syrup, were delicious, but the breakfast burger with an over-easy egg truly stole the show. The friendly staff hustled to keep up with the crowd, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere that made the wait worthwhile.
