I have been a loyal customer of Hungry Howie's for many years and have always been satisfied with their product and service. However, with recent errors in my orders, I believe there may be a need for improved training in order taking. I was pleasantly surprised when the manager reached out to me after my review, apologized, and offered a replacement meal, reminding me of the exceptional customer service I have come to expect from Hungry Howie's. I love their food, especially the wings and garlic crust, and pairing it with a bottle of Faygo always brings me happiness.
