Sat over 7 minutes in drive thru waiting to give our order. Finally decided to just drive around to the window where we watched a very nice young man fin8sh bandaging up his arm. We were given a gift card for fathers day and a slab of ribs... Around 6pm on this Saturday night sounded great. NO ribs. Offered some of the other meats. NO turkey. Okay...
Baked potato casserole? Yep. No flavor. Its loaded mashed taters. Mac and cheese appeared to have been the last in the pan. No discernible noodles. Just yellow mash. What meats we got were just okay. They were apologetic and polite. They comped us two drinks and some pie for the experience. I wondered why the other dickies around town seem so popular but not ours. This location needs an overhaul..under new mgmt or something or change the sign in the window to "NO Hot fall off the bone spare ribs"
And i asked...is your drive thru set up not working. Answer.. Oh no its not but hes trying to get the headset working. I said how bout a sign buddy that says sorry for the inconvenience and please come inside to see what else we are out of. 3 employees that we saw. Not one that wanted to be there or had any sense of pride. Owner? Manager? Who sets the tone?
Total of 25 minutes in your pothole laden drive thru...did i mention our one container if meat plus two old sides and some rolls cost us 17.00..we spent the rest on pie bc we wouldnt ever come back to use up the balance. Yeh. This is how you can improve. Based on similar reviews this is consistent with your reputation so you just dont care .
