I can't wait to revisit Phil's Chicken House after so many years - the chicken there is absolutely unforgettable! Since I was a child growing up in Binghamton my family always had the treat of going to Phil's Chicken House. I now live out of state, but whenever I'm back home this is a " must do" stop. I have to say that over these 7 decades of life the quality of the chicken dinner and desserts have not changed. You can't say that about a lot of things. This is a hometown favorite. Highly recommended!
