Eclipse at the Hyatt Regency where we stayed was a pleasant surprise. The Clam Chowder in a sourdough bowl was delicious and the Tofu Curry with rice was a hit with my husband. The ambiance was lovely with a beautiful waterfall and cozy seating for some privacy. The staff were kind and attentive, making our dining experience enjoyable.
