Working in Saratoga Springs, NY for the week and it's #WingWednesday! So I did some searching around downtown and found a restaurant, but they had run out of wings by like 7:00pm! That sounds wild and like somebody didn't place an order... Hmm... Anyway, I started wandering and walked by The Ice House and I read that their menu mentioned "smoked wings". SOLD. The atmosphere at The Ice House is unique with a small indoor dining area and a large heated tent for seating, complete with live music. The smoked wings were flavorful and crispy, especially the Garlic Parmesan and Nashville Hot varieties. Great spot for a casual meal with friends or family.
