So, waited in drive thru line 20 minutes. Got to service window & paid. Asked to pull ahead & waited. 10 minutes later an employee comes out. Asked for our order receipt. They lost theirs. Wait another 10 minutes. The manager comes out with our supposed order. Apologies for the wait. We drive off check our bag and part of our paid for order is missing! We park in lot, go in to retrieve the remainder of our order. Wait again. Finally, get to eat 1/2 of a cold Arby's meal. 45 minutes is shear frustration chaos and mismanagement of a fast food service. Not worth the risk & wait for Arby's cold beef & cheese.
