The dining experience at Red Oak Steakhouse was exceptional, with attentive staff and delicious food prepared by the talented new chef. The appetizer menu just started our date night off perfectly! My wife and I greatly enjoyed the crab cake with a brussel sprout cole slaw with a sweet and spice remoulade sauce. Hands down the best crab cake I ever had. It tasted freshly caught and I have no idea how they did that. My wife had the fried oysters with grits, spinach, and corn tartar sauce which was a perfect combination of crunchy and savory and didn't taste fishy at all. We definitely had to break the rules and switch plates several times!
