My personal experience was not a good one. Ordered two chicken tender meals with fries, a large order of fries, and a chili cheese fry order. For what we paid, the food was just meh. When trying to pay, I was told my card wasn't going through and he was rebooting the system. He held onto my card while doing so. I never was called back over about it still being an issue and I decided to walk up with a different card. Was then told that card wasn't going through, but then it finally did I guess. In between the card fiasco and waiting on food it was an hour of waiting on food. When inquiring about the last 2 items of my order, the gentleman slammed one of the items on the shelf and says very rudely, "I called this out 20 minutes ago." He did call out the order, not my name as he was calling everyone else's name out, not their order, and when I walked to get the order the time he called it out I was never acknowledged. After getting home from the event we were at, I checked my bank account and was charged 3 times for our order. When trying to communicate with this business via Facebook messenger on three different instances, each time my message was seen and then deleted and never responded to. All I was doing was letting them know what happened and that I had already contacted the bank and they need to work on some improvements for their business. This is not the way to run a business at all.
