I went to an event with around 150-200 people where the buffet had three entrees, including a vegetarian choice, beef, and chicken, but unfortunately, some items like the salad and stuffed pepper were already gone by the time I got to the line. The chicken looked and smelled great but was pretty dry, while the chimichurri flank steak was cooked perfectly and melt-in-your-mouth tender, easily the best part of the meal. The staff was apologetic about the shortages and seemed a bit left to handle the situation on their own, which was a bit awkward to watch.

Attending an event catered by Creations in Cuisine with a crowd of 150-200, the Chimichuri Flank Steak stole the show. The service staff were apologetic for the dry chicken and the team made our wedding a total success.
