I've walked past that little shop so many times, always thinking about checking it out, but never actually doing it. Finally, on Mother's Day, my family and I decided to give it a shot, but the line was too long for just regular ice cream, so we left. However, we came back on a weekday, and there was no line. As we looked at the menu, we realized they had much more than just your typical ice cream - the Grasshopper pie cone I got was absolutely delicious, with mint chocolate chip and brownie pieces. My friend opted for an ice cream sandwich, and what's cool is that you get to choose the ice cream flavor on the spot. I also ordered a half-pound cheeseburger with chili, extra pickles, lettuce, and tomatoes, and it was fantastic - juicy meat, fresh toppings, and a toasted bun. The place is a bit hidden off the road, but the sign and the crowd in the parking lot make it stand out. There's ample parking and seating, even a nice lawn area where you could have a picnic. The staff is friendly, and the prices are very reasonable - $15 for a half-pound burger, a two-scoop cone, and an ice cream sandwich. We all left happy and satisfied, and we're definitely planning on going back again soon.

This is a Fast food and Ice cream shop just outside of Rome, N.Y. on State Route 233 with an Amazing variety of food and ice cream items on the menu for call in orders, curb side pick-up, or outside seating with the whole family.
