Happy hour can be a challenge to catch after a long workday, especially with traffic, but I discovered a Vietnamese restaurant with an all-day happy hour on Mondays that was just what I needed. The moment I walked in, the warm atmosphere and friendly staff made me feel welcome, and the food was absolutely delicious, from the shaken beef to the crispy spring rolls. I can't wait to go back and explore more of their menu while enjoying their creative cocktails!
