A new restaurant in Ballston Spa and even though they're waiting on their liquor license, the food is to die for.
The CHICKEN MILANESE was an absolute powerhouse of vegetable flavor and the chicken breaded and tender.
The MEXICAN LASAGNA is by far the most unexpected surprise and truly an incredible fusion of Mexican cheese and Mozzarella, seasoned ground beef, chorizo and veal layered with freshly made tomato sauce.
Our dessert was the Cannoli which also hand made shells stuffed with rich not overly sweet traditional cannoli cream sauce blanketed with Pistachios"¦rich and smooth with flavor.
Definitely coming back to try the other dishes.
42 Fusion is another plus for the Village of Ballston Spa's dinning experience!!!
