The food was delicious, and the service from both the waitress and the chef was exceptional. Despite being unfamiliar with the area, I stumbled upon this gem of a restaurant in Elizabethtown and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. While some dishes may be carb-heavy, the overall experience with the salmon and hibachi was excellent.
