Everything I tried here took me straight back to my childhood in Mogok, especially the pork ribs soup with its perfect balance of sourness and spice, plus the incredibly tender pork that had me going for seconds without hesitation. The pho was a pleasant surprise too-light on sodium and full of character-while the warm, personal service and charming decor made the whole experience feel like a cozy family reunion.
