I've been a regular at Caruso's for a while now, and the food is usually good but can be a bit pricey. There are some menu items that stand out more than others, like the Caruso's special Italian sub which is absolutely delicious. The Silver Springs location is fantastic, with great food, reasonable prices, and a friendly staff that make the dining experience enjoyable every time.
