Chan's serves delicious, affordable Chinese food that's well worth the drive since they don't deliver and only accept cash, so be sure to stop at the ATM first. The freshness and quality stand out, especially their made-to-order rice, which beats the typical sticky, reheated rice found elsewhere. Friendly staff, a clean environment, and generous portions make every visit satisfying, and I've yet to find a dish there that isn't fantastic.

Chan's serves the most delicious Chinese food in Reading, and it's definitely worth the drive to pick it up. The staff is incredibly friendly, the food is always fresh and made to order, and I enjoy trying everything on the menu!

Good: Food is pretty good. Bad: Fryer will make clothing smell - ventilation sucks; Service is fairly poor, could be the "lost in translation effect" Overall: Recommended

Good food, location looks like a hole in the wall, but they have amazing food!!!!!

The menu here is incorrect, make sure get the right menu in the restaurant. They only do takeout, so there is no delivery or dine in.
