There were 3 of us. My aunt ordered a grilled chicken sandwich - PLAIN - with mustard on the side. The sandwich came with cheese and bacon and no mustard, so it was sent back. I ordered the classic turkey sandwich with no tomatoes. It came with only turkey and lettuce - sent it back. It then came with cheese and tomatoes added - still no bacon and no mayo. It was so dry, plus when they melted the cheese it made the bread soggy - worst sandwich ever. My son ordered fajitas - $14+ and no rice and beans, not even chips! That is an outrageous price to charge - I will go to a Mexican restaurant in the future where all of those things are included. I also ordered potato soup - nothing but a bowl of cheese - awful. The ketchup container on our table was empty and the one they replaced it with was almost empty. Doesn't your staff make sure these things are filled before starting the day? Also, when we printed our receipt, there was no ink on the paper!
You people need to get your act together.
