The food here has been consistently excellent for over two decades, with fresh, flavorful dishes like homemade dumplings, shrimp egg foo young, and classic American Chinese favorites that remind me of the meals I grew up with. Although the wait can sometimes be longer than expected and they only accept cash, the quality and generous portions more than make up for any inconvenience. Whenever I'm in the area, I make sure to pick up my favorite dishes because nothing else compares to the taste and freshness I find here.

China House is hands down the best Chinese food in the city, with consistently excellent dishes, although the cash-only policy and occasional longer waits are minor inconveniences that are easily overlooked for the amazing quality and taste that have kept me coming back for close to 25 years.
