Good food at a good price

I ordered 2 salads for delivery, paid $20 including the tip, then discovered that there was no silverware and no dressing for the salad. When I called to complain the girl on the phone said "well, we really just give that stuff out for free so there's nothing we can do about it." What?! Really? Never again.
