Yesterday's stop for hot dogs and chili fries brought back a wave of nostalgia, though I was puzzled to find my 12-ounce chili sauce weighed in at only 8 ounces. After decades of indulging in their legendary chili and the welcoming atmosphere, it's the unwavering quality and satisfying flavors that keep me coming back for more.

I stopped by Coney Island yesterday for some hot dogs and chili fries, and I also grabbed a 12-ounce container of chili sauce to go. When I got home and weighed it, it turned out to be only 8 ounces instead of 12. I wonder where the missing 4 ounces of Coney sauce went? Despite this little mix-up, Coney Island has been one of my go-to spots for local dining for decades. The quality has always remained consistent, and the chili never fails to disappoint. I give this place 5 stars for their classic cherry pop, best chili dogs, and overall satisfying dining experience.
