The ice cream here is fantastic, but after my husband accidentally dropped our Italian ice while we were paying, the employee moved on to the next customer without offering a replacement, which left me cleaning up the spill while our dog enjoyed the extra treat; despite this, I cherish our visits during trips to Erie, as the rich variety of flavors, friendly service, and generous portions make it a beloved family tradition.

The ice cream here is fantastic, but I was disappointed when my husband dropped the Italian ice right at the register, and the staff didn't offer to replace it while I cleaned up. I've been visiting from Charlotte to see my dad in Edinboro, and we always make a stop here; even with its lack of curb appeal, the family atmosphere and generous portions keep us coming back for more.
