Cora's 1850 Bistro is a decent place to get lunch or dinner, it is a good idea to make a reservation before hand for dinner, because certain times are definitely busier than others. In regards to the food, anything I have ordered has been cooked to order, whether it be burger or steak. I would also recommend one of the wraps as those are tasty as well. service is decent though on busy nights it can take a while for food to come out, thus if you are in a rush, you may be frustrated, none the less, I advise trying the food yourself.

Horrible experience. Food was undercooked. Wrap had stuff on it we asked to leave out. Soup sent out wrong size. And not to mention my son was sick from the steak. Took 2 hours to get our food. Very under staffed. Owner was told about all these things and she didn't care. Place is also very dirty. We should have left but we were already there so long we were starving. We should have just went to Taco Bell. Calling the department of health as well.

I just ordered a few trays of food for an event and ordered MILD wings and received spicy wings that were overcooked. When I called to let Cora know, she was arrogant, defensive and UN-apologetic. Customer Service is not what this restaurant is all about. She could care less and not one "I am sorry you did not enjoy the food, I value my customers and stand by my food, can I offer you a dinner on us for one to gain back our trust" Now that would be smart, a write-off, etc. Instead, Cora so ignorantly blew me off, did not apologize and argued instead. Not too smart. Keep that up and overtime, it will be damaging.

Went on Saturday night, 5/30/15. Sat at the bar. Bartender was pleasant, but not knowledgable about menu items. Didn't know what ranch steak was. Said he thought it had a bone in it and maybe it was cajun. We ordered the prime rib. Never again. Very tough, extremely fatty. Maybe we'll go back just for a burger. Something happened with the food. Don't know if it's a new kitchen staff or purchasing cheaper and charging more.

We were at cora's for lunch on Saturday. Lunch was ok,nothing spectacular. However we were suprised
at the price increases for dinner. As we are on a fixed income,we will not be returning snd will dine at a
more affordable establishment,

All of the staff members are snotty and snooty. I get the impression that they believe they are some high-ranked NYC restaurant waiters and they are far from it. I don't mean to be rude, but we are all equal! The one dark haired lady who works the bar sometimes (also a waitress) acts like she is just the best bartender around yet she has never gotten my drink right once. The food is fine.

My friends and I had the best time ever. My friend and I had the double cut pork chop stuffed, it was amazing. His wife and mine had the roast chicken and they both said that you don't eat like this everyday. Everything was fresh. Service was great. Keep the good work.

My husband and I went to Cora's Bistro for our 6 month anniversary dinner the other night snd i must say i was very disappointed.First off they only had one server on for the dinner rush alot of tables were waiting a long time ,this was not the servers fault however she was trying her best to keep up but being a server myself i know this can be hard.I ordered the veal picatta and there was a hair in the sauce i would have sent it back but i was so hungry i just ate my dinner. My husband ate only a quarter of his dinner because he didnt care for it at all and he is not a picky eater.I really wish we picked somewhere else to eat on this special day but now we know for next time.
