whenever I order food and ice cream why do they make the ice cream first and give it to me . By the time I get the hot food my ice cream is melted. I've asked not to get ice cream first only to find they make it and it sits inside melting.

I have eaten there once a week forever , tonight I orderd a strawberry sundae, and two small twists one in a cup well we got the cones and after waiting 35 mins and 9 different customers were served still no sundae I was so mad I left before making a scene without my sundae I doubt I will ever be back
