Terrible service and rude. Will never patronize this poorly run store with melted ice cream again! Person at window actually swore at my husband

I don't know who bought this place, but the former owners would have fired all of the workers there. The former owners knew everyone by name, or he would at least remember you after a few visits, now the workers are rude, nasty to each other, and do not care about anything. They curse while working and the customers can hear them, the last time I was there they were cursing because I asked them to make a banana boat, they had bananas, but they didn't want to make it, I said I can see the bananas right there, they said they are saved for something, so I said BYE BYE, and it sure was my last time there! NEVER AGAIN, so unlike the fantastic place that it used to be! Now, I know why the parking lot is always empty, they do not care, so why should we go there!

Horrible place. Def not like any of the other dairy queens. Horrible rude service...order is wrong...we asked if they give doggy dishes as every other DQ and icecream place around does and she said yes. Then when we get our total...we see they charged over $2 for this little tablespoon of icecream. When asked if they charge...the rude guy just said YEP ...how greedy do you have to be to charge for a little doggie dish. This place is despicable and I've heard the owner is a real piece of crap too. I certainly dont have a hard time believing that.
