Everything here was excellent! Especially the food! The crabby pretzel appetizer was fantastic. The menu is very reasonably priced, as well as very friendly waitress's. I recommend the crab cakes, superb! I've been back many times since, one of my favorite places to eat!

My husband and I go to Dan's at least once a month. I have never had a bad meal. The wings are among the best, bigger than those served at other restaurants and more than enough sauce so I can't help but lick my fingers. Steaks are his specialty and definitely worth it. I have ordered steak in other restaurants and they have never reached the level of Dan's (for that reason, the only place I order a steak is at Dan's). Anyone who doesn't like the food is just looking for a meal for free!

I have never had a bad meal at Dan's. The clams and wings are second to none. Great food at good prices, you cant go wrong.

Saw an ad in citizens voice about surf/turf 4 $9.95. tried it and loved it. wings were extra crispy as ordered and good hot sauce. waitress was superb. enjoyed the fireplace burning and old time floors and ceiling a real blast from the coal mining days great place. been back 4 times for Friday specials and brought friends that also loved the place. going to try his clam and $1.5 beer special this week.

This restaurant may be the worst I have ever dined at. The wings I ordered by recommendation off the menu were overcooked with little to no sauce on them and the sauce was tasteless. Supposedly known for his steaks I ordered a medium rare 12oz New York strip. Out of the 12oz 3-4oz was fat and it was cooked medium well. The potatoes were instant and soupy and the green beans were frozen. All portions were small at best and everything that I ordered more of I was charged extra for. No free refills on iced tea. I was asked if I would like bread service after my meal was served. I asked to see the chef/owner and he defended his product and policies about the refills and charging extra for more salad dressing. No wonder my table was the only one occupied in the entire place. Don't waste your hard earned money on this place.

This is the worst place you will ever go. It is way over priced, and the outside deck is horrible. I don't know where they get off charging big city prices, in a small town hole in the wall. thumbs down!!!!
