I also use to have an issue with them forgetting things like dipping sauces like the one user had stated on here. However, they have been really good the past couple of years about including everything with my order. They also always have good, friendly delivery people, especially Allen.

I've ordered from this place 3 times, all three times they've forgotten something!! First time was dipping sauces, 2nd & 3rd time we're toppings on my pizza! And I ordered online so I was able to check and make sure what I ordered. I'm sorry but I've worked in fast food your job isn't that hard there's no reason you should be forgetting ANYTHING, let alone toppings on my pizza. NEVER AGAIN, will I order from this place. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but they failed all three times.i won't even waste my time by calling and complaining because I don't even want free sh-t from them that they will just screw up some more. They made me pick a rating but the lowest was one star, in reality they deserve negative 5 stars.
