order take away a good bit. going downhill for some time - both product quality and service. Ordered 18 donuts by phone a day in advance. Picked them up and NINE were the wrong thing - that's 50% of the order - wrong items!! Had a carful of dogs on hot day so didn't open the boxes and left the change for tip - and hurried off without the receipt. But no one said "we had to substitute items", etc. If you want really good donuts, go to Mamie's in Martinsburg PA. And no, I don't work for Mamie's or know any of the employees. But it's always top quality and they guarantee their products. No more Donut connection for us. The one donut I actually tasted was a plain raised glazed (which we NEVER order) and it was actually SOUR to the taste. No a sour cream donut - I bake, so I know what' I'm talking about. The dough was actually probably gone off before it was baked. The taste of the donut itself was SOUR. Won't be going back.
